For the past eight years, we’ve been working hard to change that. Through the development of our products, we’re successfully achieving our goal of bringing the property industry into the 21st century.
Our team is responsible for anything and everything People related.
We’re the guardians of our employer brand; managing the content of our Street Group LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor pages; our Street Group Medium blog, getting employees on podcasts, and working on community outreach such as organising meetups and sponsoring events.
We manage the recruitment of all of our internal positions, from sourcing candidates through to onboarding new starters.
Internally, we manage everything people-related and foster a culture where progression, growth, and development are not only encouraged but expected.
We use a variety of tools for the different People responsibilities we manage. Our tech stack includes Teamtailor, AmazingHiring, LinkedIn Recruiter, Culture Amp, Factorial, and Monday.com.
We work closely with people across the business across every department, from our Co-Founders through to department heads and hiring teams.
As we manage onboarding for new starters, we also work closely with our Office Manager to ensure new starters have all the equipment and access that they need.
